A fun way to eat your cruciferous vegetable!

Sticky Sauce:
2 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tamari (gluten-free) or soy sauce
1/3 cup maple syrup
1.5 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sriracha
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Cauliflower:
1 small head of cauliflower
1/2 cup rice flower
3 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of black pepper
Dash of cayenne
1/2 cup water
2 tsp sesame oil
To garnish: scallions and sesame seeds
Method:
On medium heat, add oil, ginger and garlic on a pan and cook for a min.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup and bring to boil. Mix cornstarch in water and add this to the pan. Boil to thicken and remove from heat. Leave this sticky sauce on the side for now.
Preheat air fryer to 400F.
Add dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk. Add wet ingredients and mix. Add cauliflower and mix to coat.
Air fry for 15 mins.
Brush the sticky sauce over the cauliflower. Air fry for another 10-15 mins if you want it crispy.
Garnish and enjoy!
