A new way to enjoy your oatmeal! Works for breakfast or as a healthy dessert.

Ingredients:
3 medium ripe bananas
2 1/2 cup plant milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Craisins, chopped walnuts and sliced banana for toppings
Method:
Preheat oven to 350C
Mash bananas and combine wet ingredients
Mix dry ingredients
Bake for 30-35 mins
Broil for 1-2 mins (keep a close eye)
Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
Tip:
Try topping it with peanut butter and plant-based yogurt!
