1/2 an avocado sliced
1 baby radishes thinly sliced
Red chili flakes
Salt and pepper
2. Peanut-butter and banana toast
1 slice of bread
1/2 a banana sliced
1 tbsp of crunchy peanut butter
Some chia seeds
a drizzle of vegan honey
3. Vegan Cream cheese and cucumber
1 slice of bread
1 tbsp of vegan cream cheese
3 cucumber ribbons
Salt and pepper
Some microgreens
4. Hummus and balsamic roasted tomatoes
1 slice of choice of bread
1 tbsp of hummus
10 red baby tomatoes roasted in balsamic vinegar
3 yellow baby tomatoes fresh sliced
drizzle of balsamic vinegar
5. Mushrooms and pesto
1 slice of bread
1 portobellos mushroom sliced and roasted
1/2 tbsp of vegan pesto
6. Macadamia nut butter and berries
1 slice of choice of bread
1 tbsp of macadamia nut butter
2 strawberries sliced
a few blueberries
some flax seeds
a drizzle of vegan honey
