A very healthy and delicious pizza using seitan and topped with nutritional yeast! Both, seitan and nutritional yeast, are very high protein.

Ingredients
Whole wheat naan
Pizza sauce of choice (as needed)
Variety of veggies (bell pepper, onion, kale, tomato are used in this)
Seitan slices (handful)
Dash of salt, pepper and chilli flakes
Nutritional Yeast (1-2 tbsp)
Instructions
Preheat at 350C
Prepare naan pizza with the ingredients
Bake it for 20 mins on 350C and broil it for 3 mins
Top it with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and nutritional yeast
Seitan & Nutritional Yeast
Seitan is made from wheat gluten and mimics taste and texture of meat. It is used as a plant-based protein option around the world. It is high in protein and very low in fat making it a great healthier alternative to meat.
Nutritional yeast is also high protein and I often use it as an alternative to vegan cheese. It is very nutritious, high in B vitamins and trace minerals.
