Sugar free, flourless, plant-based, whole food, nut free vegan brownie recipe!

Ingredients:
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 tbsp blended Medjool dates
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp grounded chia seeds (can replace with flaxseed)
50g vegan dark chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Blend 3-5 dates in a blender. Use 1 tbsp of blended dates (this step may require soaking or hydrating dates).
In a bowl mix all the ingredients except for chocolate chips.
Transfer the batter to a baking dish. Sprinkle with vegan chocolate drops (optional).
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
Tip: If you have a peanut allergy, switch to nut butter! Allergic to both? Replace it with a seed butter!
