Whole food plant-based delicious chocolate pancakes!

Ingredients
1 mashed banana
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup plant milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coco powder
Toppings of choice (goes well with melted dark chocolate and frozen cherries)
Instructions
Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and coco powder in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
Add mashed banana and pour the plant milk and whisk until smooth.
Let the batter rest for 5 mins.
Pour batter onto a nonstick pan or griddle under low to medium heat.
Flip the pancake when the top begins to bubble and cook until golden.
Serve and enjoy!
